专业的人做专业的事”，随着社会分工更精细化，很多的工业企业或能源公司考虑到资金紧张、技术人员缺（quē）乏、无（wú）电站管理经验等因（yīn）素，寻求合作发电（diàn）的模式。本方式一般由需求方负责提供电站使用（yòng）土地，充足高质的燃气，及电（diàn）站土建等相关事项。我公司一（yī）般提供电站需（xū）要发电机组，派驻技术人员（yuán）对电站机组进行日常维护保养（yǎng）。合作中细节问题及（jí）一些权责（zé）分配等事项，可经双（shuāng）方协商议定。
